Every generation needs lawyers who will defend the Constitution.
Legacy law schools are not producing enough of them.
Too many students learn to criticize the founding before they learn it. Tuition rises every year. Faculties think alike. And one organization, the American Bar Association, decides who may open a law school at all.
Not for long.
The people who defend the Constitution are formed before law school. The ABA has no say there. So that is where we begin.
Judges, practicing lawyers, and scholars teach our undergraduates the Constitution's text, history, and tradition. Students argue real cases. They debate the hardest legal questions against the best people on the other side. And they don't pay tuition.
That is step one.
Step two: what comes next. We have brought together judges, law professors, and practitioners to redesign legal education. Rigorous. Faster. Affordable. Open to anyone with the ability. They will publish what they find, convene the people who can act on it, and make the case in public. All of it free, so every reformer can use it. So will we.
One project forms the people. The other clears the path we will walk.
